Calling all my local dealers in Dallas, TX to start collecting pricing for a potential lease this weekend- 2014 Q50s, 36 month, 15k mile. IFS Lease Dealer Cash is $1750 and IFS Owner Loyalty Dealer Cash is $1,000 (returning my 2011 G37s lease). MSRP is 44,555 (incl. $905 dest.). Think there shouldn't be a problem getting it to $41k. What's the residual and MF here and what payment would that land me at with $1500 out of pocket?

I see where the MF for all AWD's are .00008. What are the residuals for a Q50 AWD, Premium, Deluxe Touring, and Nav. 15K miles/year, 36 months. Thanks in advance.

.00022 MF and 51% residual.

That's about $522/mo. plus tax, assuming your $1500 covers 1st payment, acquistion, and title/registration.

39 month residual is just 1% lower. That would drop the payment to $494/mo. plus tax

With no out of pocket except inception fees what would the payment be on a 36/12 lease. Also does infinity allow MSD to lower interest rate like BMW.

AWD or FWD?

As the Infiniti base MF's are so low to begin with, MSD's aren't allowed.

MSRP is around $51,495 before TTL
What is MF? What is Residual?
Any Incentives? Any idea what a "good" Cap Cost I should aim for? Do you mind estimating a monthly payment with the above mentioned?

Base MF is being used, so that's good. With your numbers, I get a pre-tax payment of $411.26/mo for 39 months.

The only way to get a lower payment is to either use MSDs or negotiate a better selling price.

45380 msrp. Not sure what they are selling to me at as he wanted a deposit for this. Lol

Q50 AWD premium, nav and the drive by wire steering system. Not sure the technical term of this package.

509 a month.

49325 msrp. Same out of pocket. Maybe a bit more than 500 since msrp is more.
