The 2014 (model year) A4 can now be ordered. They seem to have upped the standard features since it gets replaced at the end of 2014, at least in Europe. On paper, they claim a little more HP (9), though many people think Audi is correcting their understated claim.

As best I know the prices have not yet been released. Any idea on pricing for an A4Q Premium and Premium + (no other options) ? The dealership is offering $500 over invoice; take it or leave it.

Any idea of the actual wholesale price (or holdbacks, incentives/volume targets) ?

I have an offer for a 2013 A4Q, Ibis, P with Heated Seats, Conv and Lighting, for $35.5k. They claim it’s a loss for them; I am far from convinced but failed to squeeze any more $$$ out of them.

What do you think – 2013 P at a good price (steep depreciation ahead)or go with the 2014 P+ ?

    Thanks in advance

I was smitten with the A4 I saw yesterday but I'm wondering if I'm going to have to pay a premium on a lease because it's just out?

I was quoted under 400 a month for a Mercedes C300 with minimal $$ down. C300 MSRPs higher than the A4 but the dealer was talking about 2000 down and "under 600 a month"for 36 months. Which seems absurd.

    Anyone get a 2014 yet?

I noticed the 2014 being advertised. It seems just like the 2013 but with an extra 9 HP. Are there other changes?

I have a 2013 and I must say it's definitely a step up from the 2009 - 2012 versions in terms of interior quality.

If there is another Audi dealer in your city you may try the other one. Last year when I was in the market buying I performed my analysis and told one dealer what I wanted to pay. They came back $6k higher....the $6k includes difference in sales price and trade in value.

I didn't respond, went to the other dealer and offered the same deal. They accepted within $300 of my original offer.

Before you buy, have you considered the new Q50? It seems pretty sweet and you will get more reliability. don't get me wrong - I love my 2013 and I will probably be an Audi driver for life; it just depends on what they come out with next.

Thanks for your reply! I'll have to research everything and find a fair number. I have the luxury of being able to wait so I'm comfortable that I'll get a good deal eventually. I was just curious if the 2014's were not being discounted for some reason.

I have to agree the interior looks great. Sharp car I was very impressed.

2014's just arrived and are selling at a above normal pace. If sales start to slow or if inventory grows 2014's will start to be discounted. Just think about your business classes, supply and demand.

Am planning on buying 2014 A4 2T Quattro Tiptronic - Phantom pearl with Premium Plus and Navigation PLus package with Side assist - All weather mat and Dark walnut wood in Chicago Suburbs MSRP coming out to 44875.
Planning on offering 42,000 and staying firm..

According to True car, Invoice price is 42219
Any feedback? Thanks for your help

Check true car for the market. I bought a 2013 right when they came out and got it at invoice. You should be able to do the same. Also be specific in your request. If you state $42,500 and there are added rebates you may get the price but miss out on any added rebates.

A lot of times they have a loyalty or conquest rebate. Conquest is if you have a competing car like a BMW or Acura etc.

I live in NY. I am new to this, so I am not sure what info to provide...I will give all that I have:
I am looking to lease a 2014 Audi A4 Premium package with S-line package. 36 month lease with 15K miles a year.
They are asking for $2600 out of pocket (includes tax, bank fee, doc fee, DMV fees) and $440 a month payment. (The sticker price on the car is somewhere around 39,000)
IS this a good price or should I keep looking???
