    Hi Car_man. I'm in northern CA. Do you have the July 2014 NMCA rates for the 2014 Armada with 10K miles per year? I'd love to see all trim levels. Thank you!

    39 mo, 10K/yr. .00130 MF

    4X4: 52% residual for SV and SL, 49% for Platinum

    4X2: 1% less than 4X4 on all trims.

    4X4? .00130 MF and 52% residual for 36mo, 12K/yr.

    Subtract 1% for 4X2. Subtract 1% for 39 month term.

    Can you share your thoughts on this:
    2014 Armada Platinum
    Cap 49780
    residual 45% 25194
    Money Factor .00113
    Rebate 4000
    This what the sales manager wrote
    "Sale price of the Armada after rebates and incentives also including all moneys due at signing $45184
    Residual $25194
    Trade will be paid in full
    39 month pmnt would be $688/mo"
    I feel the cap cost should come down to at least $47,000 to make this a good deal. Are the residuals and money factor in line?

    If it's a 15K/yr lease, then the residual and money factor are correct.

    I get $660/mo. plus tax... So, it looks pretty close. If your CAP cost is $45184, then how can it come "down" to $47,000?

    yes, its 15k. My assumption was cap cost was pre rebate/incentives? The dealership is selling me the car at 49,780 minus a rebate of 4000 & 596, correct. I was negotiating 47,000 (which I got my 2011 armada at). So 47,000 minus 4000 & 596 total for 42404. What do you think of the first deal? and do you think I can get the second. Thanks again!

    Well... now I'm not sure. I assumed the MSRP was $49,780. I think we might be confusing CAP cost with MSRP

    Seems like a decent deal.. Full-size SUVs aren't cheap to lease.

    2015: .00166 MF and 50% residual, except for SL 4X4 which is 51% residual

    2014: .00075 MF and 47% residual, except for SL 4X4 which is 48% residual
