    This approach is so overdue. Even rental car companies seem ahead of dealerships when it comes to familiarizing the customer with how to fully operate the vehicle. Have had appalling experiences with dealership sales staff who haven't got a clue about the cars they're trying to move. After the delivery specialist does their thing, if they'd just slap a slim and simple "cookbook" on the passenger seat as we drive away our purchase would be complete.
