No mechanical problems? What about the loose pulley and flying belt?

The questionable post-holding system strikes again.

"The questionable post-holding system strikes again." I dunno - it threw the belt 800 miles ago and he's got a pic of the odometer in the post, so I don't think he wrote the post before it threw the belt...I just think that for some unfathomable reason he wasn't aware that it had happened. Still pretty bad that he could commit that oversight.

5000 miles, trim pieces falling off and a break down.

    Awesome.

Now tell me again why one would buy this tuner car when Chevy offers the properly built and engineered Camaro ZL1?

It would be interesting to take it by CarMax at the end of the loan and see what they would give for it just for grins.

@fordson1: You're right, there's no way this was written first.

I'm a little surprised the author didn't put 2 and 2 together when talking about the oil life monitor calling for an oil change at this time. The car was just overheated when it through the belt off in the last update. That will decrease the oil life significantly and trip the change oil reminder much sooner.

Hmmm...I think you might have something there. Good catch.
