Where are the modifications on the FR-S and testing of said mods that we were promised? I've been patiently waiting for a review and further testing of the FR-S following its ECU reflash, but... nothing.

"High-performance tires get considerably boomier as they wear."

Is that true? Different tires have different noise levels, but I don't believe all high-performance tires get considerably louder as they wear down.

My Kumho max summers have been really quiet and do well in the rain. However, they drop off sorta quickly at the track, which I guess these tires don't do. The less aggressive tires have better noise isolation designed into the tread. This tread is minimal and more focused in performance in dry conditions.
