I always wonder which cars today will be remembered in 50 years. The twins seem to be exhibiting hallmarks of such cars. Fun and light, they seem to grow on you, and the popularity through affordability will help.

seen a few of the twins on the highway recently, and yes, I turned my head for a better look (so far each driven, um, extremely). So far I've only seen dark colored cars--not sure how it would look in person in a lighter color.

Funny. Virtually everyone who drives these cars falls in love with them. Also, as with your experience, casual observers who may not even know what the BRZ/FR-S is, seem to notice as well. The only group that these cars can't seem to win over are car enthusiasts who have never driven them.
