    Of course hatchbacks and wagons do better at this sort of thing, but this is pretty impressive for a sedan being used by a quite tall driver.

    It helps that it seems to have large doors and a large trunk opening compared to some of the competition, even though its trunk is not the largest. The Fusion's trunk opening is tall, but its depth accesses less than the first foot of the Fusion's nearly 4-ft-deep (front-to-back) trunk.
