    Oh not this again. Why would you post an article that has no specific details. What was the point of us reading the article if there is no mention of cost, what was done, etc? Other than the fact that Santa Monica VW might be a quick dealer, there was no mention of anything useful.

    Pretty much agree with this...except that since this is a VW, everything is covered for the first 36k/36 months.

    3yr/36k is for 2013 and before. 2014 and on only get 2 yr/24k coverage.....

    a few unfortunate owners on the forum experienced horrible service. the dealers spilled adblue in the trunk. crystal built up everywhere, including under the rear seat, seat belt buckle anchor, spare tire well, etc....

    this is something not to ignore as adblue is corrosive... owners should make dealer aware of not spilling any adblue in the trunk!

    It might have been written a bit assumptively, but he mentions complimentary service, and that items covered were discussed and there was one recall item. No mention at all of anything for which there might be a charge. Summarizing what is covered would probably be helpful, or if there was anything the writer thinks should have been covered.
