Dealer claims he's having trouble finding the right mix of packages on the car--so could you tell me the MF for the 2015.5 XC60 T5 AWD Platinum, w/Climate, and BLIS, 36 months, 10 & 12k miles? Thanks again. (And hopefully this is the last time I have to ask this question for a couple of years!)

I confirm the numbers above, except add 1% to residual for Premier.

Yes, 2015.5 has the low MF - the lease cash available for the 2015 is supposed to make up for it.

If you don't mind providing both, it would be highly appreciated. Although, in reality probably 2015.5, as it appears many dealers in NYC area don't have big inventory of 2015.

With your MSRP and selling price, along with the 36/10 residual of 53% and MF of .00064, I get a pre-tax payment of $412.36/mo.

Hello All, I am in the market for a 2015.5 XC60 T6 AWD Platinum, Blis and Climate. I'm trying to find what people are paying for these, especially in the mid-atlantic region. The last post in Prices Paid was 2 years ago. This Topic seems to have interest so I posted my inquiry here. I don't see why a lease price should be different than a purchase price. I have gotten one price on a MSRP of $50,075 with a sell price of $47,736+TTL. Now this was not on the exact car I would be buying but it does give some idea of the first offer from the dealer. Since it was not broken down for me, I don't know if it included a 1st months payment and the conquest bonus. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Use the "Make / Model / Year" pull downs to help you establish a target price.

I agree, there is no difference between a purchase price and a lease price - either way, you want the lowest price possible.

Ask the dealer for a lease worksheet - this will give you the break down of the primary figures involved in a lease.

Certainly possible. The lower residual doesn't overcome the extra payments.
