  Understood - dealership trying to insist i physically go in - I am trying to nail them down over email - they are reluctant to commit to a price over email...a bit frustrating.

  Ok - this is what i got:
  msrp of Q5 2.0 Premium $42,855
  adjusted selling price $39,961
  10k miles a year
  42 months
  Audi care included
  Trading in your Q5
  Inception fees $1,768 (minimum drive off)
  Total cash out of pocket $450
  Money factor 0.001540
  Residual 53%
  Financed thru Audi financial Services.
  
  535.00/month(includes tax) - this seem like a good deal? Also, why would the residual and MF be different than 57% and .00156?

  .00154 is the correct MF.. But, that residual is not correct.. It's either a different year, different model (premium plus?) or they are quoting the wrong mileage allowance..
  
  No point in doing any other calculations, if you can't agree on the correct residual.
