I received this deal a few days ago. With current MF and RV I'm not sure how it adds up though?

2015 RWD ML350
MSRP: $56040
Sale price: $50040
Terms: 12k/36 months
Monthly Payment: $659 including taxes

With an RV of 55% and MF of .00137 I get $715 as a monthly payment. Maybe there's extra incentives they're applying?

Also what is included in the drive off? They quoted me 3k is this normal? I was clear that I did not want any down payment for cap cost reduction. I'm in CA. So far I have:
Acquisition fee $1095
First month $659
DMV roughly $450
Dealer prep $30
What am I missing? Disposition fee for $595? I know there's all those misc fees like tires, electronic filing etc but do those add up to $700?

Thoughts and advice on the deal are appreciated.

Acquisition fee is normal, but in your case it's marked up from $795. First month is typical, too, as are the DMV fees. Have the dealer break down the $3K for you so you fully understand how it's being applied.

Hey everyone.

I just got 2014 ML 350 sticker price is 59595.00. with nothing out of pocket taxes rolled into the lease just first month due at signing my payment is 665.00 a month for 36 months 12k miles a year. Virginia registration 4.0% tax

selling price was 49800 plus tax, registration, and dealer fee 199.00.

The car was brand new less than 40 miles on it and plus they had to DX the car from a different dealership. Hopefully this will be a guide for you guys.

Thanks for the help. Got my 2015 ML350 RWD on a 36-month, 7,500 mi/yr lease for $650/month including 9% sales tax. MSRP was $56,015. I think that came to just over 11% off sticker.

Looking for a low mileage lease with the highest residual (2015 ML350 4MATIC). I think the lowest mileage offered is 7,500 miles? Is there a lease for mileage less than 7,500? If not, can you please provide Residual and MF for mileage 7,500 & 10,000 miles. Lets look at the 24 month lease and the 36 month lease. *If you feel another lease program works better for low mileage, please advise... THANKS! GEO

Residuals:

24 mo - 64%
30 mo - 61%
36 mo - 56%

There is a pull-ahead program (4 payments) depending on which model you are in, now.

.00111 and 55% for 36/12. Add 1% for 10K.

The only incentives I see is a pull-ahead program if you are already leasing an MB. Use the "Car Research" tab at the top of the page to see what Edmunds has to say.

MF is .00111 and 36/15 residual is 53%. With your MSRP and selling price, I get a pre-tax payment of $679.99/mo.

12K/yr would drop the payment by about $35/mo... but, you have to account for acquisition fee... Would really need the CAP cost (selling price + other financed amounts) to calculate a true payment.

I would like to know if I should pay for the prepay maintenance on the ml350 lease. They are charging me 1325 for three years which adds 37 dollars to the monthly a payment. Or should I tell them to residualize it or not pay for it at all? Thank u

I haven't had the pleasure of paying for Mercedes service, before... I'd guess that $1325 is a pretty fair estimate for 3 years.. If you can get them to residualize it, I would certainly take it, at that point. If you have to pay full price, I'd say no.... and, see if they come back cheaper (say, under $1000).

ok guys finally done. msrp 59795 negotiated price 52320. adjusted capitalized cost 56718 which includes 795 acquisition 2278 nyc taxes and three year prepay maintenance of 1325. their residual came out to 33506 and their "rent charge" or interest is 3280. three year lease 36000 miles @735.91 a month. 1078 down which includes first month and dmv fees. let me know what u think. thanks

Looks good... I can't get it to come out exactly, but close.. Maybe a MF discount for autopay? And, possibly residualized a portion of the prepaid maintenance?

Yes they did discount for autopay. And I think they did residualize the prepay. I really didn't ask about MF or residual which I should of. I couldn't figure out the figures either from what I was reading on the forum (55% residual and .0111 MF). Thanks guys u were definitely a help I couldn't of done it without the forum
