2015 October Audi Q5 2.0 Premium plus lease information

I'm wondering if you have the October money factor and residual for a 36m / 10k lease of a 2015 Audi Q5 2.0 premium plus. Thank you!

    MSRP: $42,855
    Sale Price: $40,335
    42 month w/ 10k a year
    $6000 due at signing

    What is the residual, MF? How does the negotiated price look? I was told this is $50 over invoice. Thanks!

    .00154 MF and 56% residual.

    About 6% off MSRP is fair.

    Wouldn't be able to calculate a payment without a breakdown of the $6K and how it is allocated.

    Do you happen to have money factor and residual information for November for a 2015 Q5 2.0 Premium Plus 36m / 10k yr? I was in the middle of negotiating my new Q5, but didn't pull the trigger in October. I believe the new programs came out yesterday. Any help would be appreciated!
