    I went in the dealer today and I asked for the best offer and this is what they gave.
    Ford Escape titanium 2wd 15k 3 years.

    I have not even tried to ask for discounts yet as I'm not leasing until next week. I have to admit, I'm confused. Numbers are not adding up. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

    I come within a dollar of their calculation (I converted the APR to an MF,which probably accounts for the difference).

    A $1400 discount doesn't seem like much, though I admit I haven't shopped a Ford, since I bought my last one in 1977.

    We also show the APR as 2.75% rather than 3.0% but that might be a regional difference. (and, that's pretty small difference)

    Hi,

    Please give me the MF and residual for a 24 month lease for an Escape S in NJ, 10k miles. Dealer is saying MF is 0.25% APR (.25/2400) and residual is 63%, lower than 65% mentioned in the post above. Lease cash is $1250 + 1000 competitive lease (any auto lease in household).

    Please give me the MF and residual for a 24 and 36 month lease for an Escape Titanium 4wd in Maryland, 10k miles per year. Is the Lease cash of $1250 based on a minimum down payment?
    Provide numbers for 2014 and 2015 too.

    no lease support on 2014's

    2015 - .25% and 65% for 24/10; 1.25% and 58% for 36/10.

    I am at a dealership in Maryland now and for the Escape Titanium 4wd 10.5k mi per year 36mo lease...they show 58% residual and 1.5% mf for tier 1 credit. why might your numbers be different from the dealer numbers?

    Could be a different finance company .. my numbers are from Ford Credit.

    I get $353 before tax. The deal looks good.

    I leased a fully loaded titanium. Msrp about $38,000. Paying $345/m for 36m w/ 10,500 miles.

    No money down. I'm only paying the first months payment at signing. Good deal?

    Hey Michaell-

    Any idea what the most is a dealer can markup the MF?  I had a dealer out here throw out 1.75% for 24 months and 3.25% for 36 on a 2015 titanium. Seems crazy high.
