We don't have info for the 2015, but that's a big hefty money factor. The payment looks pretty good, given the numbers you have. Why do you need LoJack?

Yah I have been researching for the MF on 2015 model online but couldn't find any. :( not sure those great 2014 model MF numbers can apply to 2015 model.

Oh yah coz I had my car stolen before (right in front of my garage- it was a CRV) so I am kinda afraid it would happen again. With technology being so advanced and if we store our home address in Nav and if my car got stolen, it's pretty much welcoming them to my home with my car garage door sync with the car.

Well I actually got the car lease already and after I sealed the deal on $455, the manager just threw that in for "free" as a "thank you for business" present.

I just feel like I could have done better. Maybe $435 monthly payment w/ tax. Haha

Hi can you tell me what is the residual value for 36 & 48 months and tier 1 MF in TN for 2015 IS250C? Also what would you consider a good negotiated price on an MSRP of just over $50K? Thanks in advance!

Do you know the MF and residual for the 2015 IS250 F sports yet? Looking for 24 or 36 mts at 15k miles. I would assume no other incentives at this time?

    Dear Kyfdx

Sorry but I was having a hard time posting this question since I did not find where to post this

I found a dealership that has a lot of brand new 2013 Lexus ES 350 in stock . Since 2015s are out now, those should be substantially discounted if I guess correctly.

What should be my price that I would want them to come to to purchase??

Could you please guide me? All these vehicles have msrp roughly at 41k.

    Thanks in advance

Hard to put a value on a new 2013 ... you can use the pricing tools at the top of the page to get an idea of what a used 2013 is worth, then adjust for the lack of miles.

In Texas, you pay sales tax on the full purchase price.. so, tax alone is close to $100/mo. on a 27 month lease

I got a lease quote for a new 2015 Lexus IS250 F-Sport with Nav as follows:

    -Middlesex County, NJ
    -MSRP: $45,883
Selling Price: $41,890 ($41,020+$870) I didn't understand what the additional $870 was and why it was on my selling price
    -12,000 miles
    -Residual: 73%
    -Down Payment: $1000
    -Monthly payment: $425

    Good deal?

73% is the 27/12 residual. Base MF is .00065. With your MSRP and selling price, I get a pre-tax payment of 359.94. Tax on leases in NJ is calculated up front - my guess it's been added in to the sell price.

Can you break down what the $1000 up front is for?

The $1000 was to reduce the monthly payment. It wasn't used as a cap cost reduction, but I was given 3 options for monthly payments for $0, $1000, $2000 down, obviously payments being lower than the other respectively. I think they applied it to the tax, tags, titles, fees , etc. He kept telling me he needs to show the $870 towards the price of the car to cover these fees. Something didn't seem right but this is first time doing a lease so I didn't understand all the terminology.

Overall, is this a a good deal or am I getting ripped off?

If the money was used to simply reduce the monthly payment, that is a cap cost reduction. However, that up front money could also be used for tax, tags, etc. - which, if not added in to the cap cost, would also reduce your payment.

The way the dealer presented it is common. For a 27 month lease, every $1000 down would reduce your payment by about $37/mo (1000/27).

At the end of the day, $425/mo for a car that retails for $45K is a good deal. Enjoy!

2015 is250 fsport rwd in CA. Would the MF be .00105 be for 10/12/15k miles and 24 and 36mos? RV of 72/62?

Looks like people are able to get 12-15% off of msrp. Anyone have any ideas on where to get a deal like this in the bay area?

MSRP? Selling price? How does the $1600 break down?

Lease term? The $3000 down would add $125/mo for 24 months or $84/mo for 36 months.

Either way, still a solid deal. Enjoy!

Assuming the residual is still the same at 63% for 36/15, I get a pre-tax payment of $442.12/mo with your numbers. Your quote of $385 looks really good by comparison.
