    But you would like to think that all of the people who get to use the car would be willing to 'fess up to doing this, though. Not like it would be grounds for firing or discipline or cost them a million bucks. I know if I were EIC there, it would be a standing rule that when any - ANY - damage is caused, the responsible party immediately reports it to his superior.

    I've got to agree with fordson1, this is pretty bad. The problem isn't that the hanger got broken, things break all the time, it's the attitude that it isn't a big deal, that you don't need to tell your boss, that it isn't yours, just park it and grab another car.
