How does this deal sound? 2015 BMW 535i Alpine White on Ivory Nappa Leather Interior. M-sport package, rear view camera, parking distance control, luxury package, harmon kardon surround sound system. MSRP $63475 Purchase Price $56,016. Lease term 30 months, Lease factor .0012900. RV 67%. $3000 cash up front with $1669.04 capital reduction. Total monthly payment is $600.55. But considering removing capital reduction and allow the monthly payment to go up in accordance. What do you think?

I get $562/mo, plus tax.. so, it looks pretty good. Without the CAP reduction, about $627/mo.+tax.

I'm looking at a pretty well loaded 2015 535xi with MSRP right around $69,000. I want them to take my 2012 535xi with 46,000 miles off my hands. I have six months of payments remaining on the 2012 at approx $800/mo. What is a reasonable payment for a 39-month lease with 15,000 mi/yr and $3,000 out of pocket? They're quoting .00130 money factor. I think there's still some Holiday Cash out there from BMW. I don't believe there are currently any pull-ahead programs. Again, they need to take my 2012 off my hands.

Two separate transactions - lease of the new car and the trade in of the old.

.00130 and 58% for 39/15. $2000 holiday cash. Negotiate your best price before factoring that in.

Regarding the 2012, call BMW FS and find out the current payoff, then head over to the "Real World Trade in Values" discussion here and get a good appraisal of the trade value. Positive equity can be used to offset costs on the new lease (or the dealer can cut you a check); negative equity will have to be paid by you or rolled into the new lease.

Can't model a payment without knowing the selling price and the breakdown of the $3000 out of pocket.
