California MF and Residuals for 10k/36 months and 12k/36 months - 2015 MDX

Can you please provide MF and Residuals for 10k/36 months and 12k/36 months in California for 2015 MDX SH-AWD with Tech Package? Also, where can I find numbers on what are competitive lease terms in Bay Area, CA?

    .00120 MF and 62%/61% residual.

    Please tell me if this is a good deal, and what else I should ask the dealer to reveal. I'm a first time leaser, I'm still learning!

    2015 AWD with Tech Package
    MSRP - $49,040
    Selling price - $45,500
    MF - .00120
    RV - 10k/36mos is 62% ( $30,835); 12k/36mos is 61% ($30,338)
    Total due at signing - $1,056.51
    Monthly payments - 10K- $563.56; 12k- $577.96 (these are including tax)

    Do the monthly payments compute? What are other fees that the dealer could add in on top?

    I don't know your tax rate, but the numbers look pretty close. There is an acquisition fee of $595, but it looks like they rolled that in, if you only have $1056.51 due at signing..

    Is Money Factor regional? I just found out that our Northern CA dealer is giving .00069 MF and 60% residual for 12k/36 mos. Is this legit or a markup on their side? Acura incentive's MF is .00059. Why did the residual go down 1 percent?

    The MF may be marked up by the dealer, but the residual is fixed by the finance company and cannot be altered.

    The .00069 MF is a 'special' rate this month that reflects $0 due at lease signing (waiving the security deposit and acquisition fee). .00059 is the 'standard' MF for the MDX.

    Net cap cost - $45029 ($29 dmv electronic registration fee)
    RV - 60%
    MF - .00069
    Mileage - 12k/36 months
    Monthly payments - $514.99
    Tax rate - 8.25%
    Due at signing - $1661.80 ($515 1st month + $595 acq fee + $80 doc fee + $60 DMV taxes on doc fee and acq fee + $411 DMV fees)

    If you don't mind telling, what dealership did you go to in the Bay Area? I'm looking at that exact same car, and seems like you got a great deal there!

    Hopkins Acura in Redwood City. Christian Dimas is the sales manager who gave me this deal. Give him my name as a reference (I'll send you a private message). He didn't appear to employ any bait-and-switch tactics, no high pressure games, seemed straightforward.

    Btw, this is the deal I ended up with - you quoted an older post.
