I am currently shopping around to lease a 2015 bmw x6 xdrive35i. Does anyone know the money factor and residual for 30 months/15K miles or 36 months/15K miles?

.00130 and 55% for 36/15, 58% for 30/15. These numbers expire today.

Looking at cars in Maryland (6% sales tax).
car 1 - msrp is $73,900 and current sales price is $68,900

at 30-month, 15K miles,

I calculate payment for Car 1
Step 1: residual % * MSRP = 40645
Step 2: Sales Price - Residual $ = 28255
Step 3: Amount in Step 2 divided by lease months = $941.83
Step 4: Sales Price + Residual $ = 109545
Step 5: Amount ins Step 4 times by Money Factor = $142.41
Step 6: lease payment: Step 3 + Step 5 = $1,084.24

I assume I will just replace sales price with the Total Negotiated Price (w/fees &tax), once I figure out my target sales price.

Is this right or am I missing something?

That's how you do it... 36 months will be cheaper.

Any chance you have lease numbers for a new 2015 BMW X6 Xdrive 50i? Chicago market if applicable also the vehicle is loaded with pretty much every option. There is a dealer demo model being advertised as new near me with over $20k off MSRP that could be a very attractive lease!

There are no lease numbers for any 2015 model year BMW. If you could lease one, I suspect the residual would be pretty terrible - enough to offset the $20K discount from sticker.
