8/1 is when the dealers will have this information; we hope to have it the same day as well. Early next week if we aren't so lucky.

We don't have any MF and residual information for Land Rover this month.

I am looking at a 2015 pure plus, fugu white, panoramic roof, climate comfort package, passive entry, and navigation. The sticker price they are telling me is $49,190. The residual he said is 0.61 and the price I could buy the car for after a 36 month lease 10k miles/year is almost $30,000 exactly. They are telling me the best deal they can $1919 down and $629/month. This doesn't sound like a good deal to me, just wanted to see if anyone knew what a good deal would be this time of year? Please help!

Unfortunately, we don't have any of the LR/RR numbers this month so we are unable to comment on the strength (or weakness) of this deal. Sorry.

It seems to me that the lease MF and RV for January have improved significantly from past months. I am getting the following offer and it seems very attractive. Any comments!

But, $535/mo with tax on a car that stickers for $50K is pretty good for the Evoque.

Looking at a 2015 Evoque Pure Plus 5 door. Lease special is $409 with a $3995 due at signing, not including 10% Chicago sales tax. Residual value is $28.285 and MSRP is $44100 but i need to add Climate package $1300. I have a trade worth $5000. Any comments on what I should expect to pay monthly? thanks!

What lease term and how many miles per year? What is the selling price?

36/15 numbers are .00280 and 58%.

We don't recommend you put money down or use trade equity to buy down the payment on a lease - if the car is stolen or totaled, you are out that money. Save the money and have the dealer cut you a check for the trade equity, and use that to help offset the higher payment.

I show .00043 MF and 60% for 36mo, 12K/yr. I believe 58% is the 36/15 residual.

.00043 is significantly less that previous months. It literally makes a $65 per month difference. The car I want is not arriving until early February and I am not sure if this is a one month deal or will continue for a while. Any insight from past experience?

We have a hard time getting the Land Rover numbers.. so, wouldn't be able to give you any trends.

If the $2995 is all cap cost reduction, then your true payment is closer to $426/mo before tax. Still not bad for a car that stickers at $46K

My apologies, I was reading the wrong numbers to you yesterday. Those are the standard money factors. Looks like Land Rover is trying to move more Evoques this month.

39/10 on Pure Plus 5-door - 61% and .00059. Much better MF.

Back of the envelope math gets me to 12% discount on MSRP ($46.5K vs $53k). In your opinion do I have more negotiation room? maybe not MSRP but the $3,000 due at signing?

Also, I'm looking a the Audi Q5 Premium Plus trim. You think this is a better deal and value for money?

12% off sticker is pretty strong .. Audi's, by comparison, usually have 6-7% off sticker.

And yes, you can negotiate how much (if any) down payment you make at signing.

I've never been in the market for a premium SUV, so can't comment on whether the Audi or LR is a better deal or value.
