Nope, that is 3 zeros, or .24%. Insanely low borrowing rate.

Also, is there a special loyalty bonus for December or is it the standard $1k? Any other incentives currently? There is a site listing $1,250 IFS Lease Dealer Cash, not sure if that's accurate.

Are the lease factors quoted above (for the 2015 Q70 AWD Premium Sport V6) the same for the non-sport AWD?

Also trying to confirm what the current Owner Loyalty Rebate is on the 2015 Q70, usually $1k but it can vary. It seems to be $1.5k currently on the Q50, so hoping it is that or higher on the 2015 Q70. Thanks.

Yes.. all 2015 Q70 AWD V-6 models have the same lease numbers.

We don't have the rebate information, but you can check Edmunds' Car Research tab at the top of the page for any information they may have.

quoted $48783 sell price, 53% rv, .00044mf

$1500 down, $545+tax

Any thoughts or advice on how this deal is?

It's not bad. Prob is the residuals stink. I like the q70 the most in the class of lux mid sedans but you can do far better with Lexus, jag, bmw than Infiniti

With your numbers, I get $518/mo.+tax.. with mine, $495/mo.+tax...

$1500 should cover 1st payment, registration and acq.fee... Find out what else they are adding to the selling price before calculating the lease ..

Thanks for the insight. Do you know which manufacturers have the best bang for your buck on term/residuals? My interest is primarily infinity, BMW, Audi and Mercedes.

Generally, BMW has pretty good residuals.

Can you also clarify if the residual should be based off of the MSRP or the cap cost.

Finally can you confirm the MF if I put down the maximum number of MSD and how many that would be.

I know this is a laundry list of questions but I appreciate it... Thanks in advance!!!

.00005 MF and 50% residual for 39mo, 15K/yr

Residual percentage is always applied to full MSRP including destination on the government sticker.

No MSDs available, as the money factor is already near zero.
