Hi All, I'm looking for leasing 2015.5 Volvo V60 T5 Drive-E Platinum trim with front heated seats and BLIS. I have got a quote from a Dealer and details are below. Can someone suggest if this is the best offer in market.

MSRP: 44175
Invoice: 42080
Selling: 41280
Residual: 65% (24 months/12k miles), 56% (36 months/12k miles)
MF: 0.0001 (24 months/12k miles), 0.0002 (36 months/12k miles)

Monthly payment before tax: 464 (24 months), 427 (36 months)

I also wants to understand, if I will go with Premier Plus trim, and get additional things using packages, would that reduce the overall payments.

Premier residuals are 1% higher... That will reduce the payment by $18/mo. on the shorter term and $12/mo. on the 36 month term.

Of course, assuming the Premier is cheaper MSRP and selling price, there will savings there, as well.

What is the MF and residual value for 39 (or 36) month, 12K 2015 (not.5) V60 T5 wagon in Florida? MSRP 36320 but (allegedly) dealer willing to lower price by 5-6 thousand (I don't know if I believe this)

Hello Kyfdx

I've got a first quote from a dealer in So Cal for a V60 Cross Country T5 Premier with some options for $42'162, starting off an MSRP of 45'765, after allowance & wagon bonus and 'A Plan pricing' (which puts you at invoice price without having to negotiate)

He's getting to $471 a month, including tax, with 2500 downpayment for a 36mo lease with 10k/yr

I have asked him to break down the downpayment but wonder if he's marking me up on the MF?

The close to 8% discount on the MSRP looks ok to me, so I would be inclined to follow more the MF route for a second round of talks.

Please advise. Thanks!

On the above, trim is just T5...no Premier, my confusion. Rest is accurate. They did quote it though with options like Blis, metallic paint, etc...

I get $435/mo.+tax, using that MSRP and selling price.. Assuming the $2500 covers everything else.

PLUS they gave me $2155.00 in a check to cover remaining lease payments on my current vehicle.
Overall, I feel like I got a good/great deal considering the Selling Price minus the Check is a few hundred bucks cheaper than even the "outstanding" price TrueCar/PricePromise was telling me I could get.

No problem - for what it's worth to others, quoted 57% residual and .00045 today for 36/10k. Seems in line with past months. Not much movement from MSRP so I'm still working there. Quoted on the t5 premier with sport seats and convenience group.

Anyone ever use the lease as a way to finance for the first three years and then buy on the back end (sort of a balloon payment). It seems to work out to be less expensive than traditional financing. Am I missing something?

39/10 lease numbers on the 2015.5 V60 T5 Drive E (base) are .00024 and 54%. $750 lease cash.

Using your MSRP and selling price, I get a pre-tax payment of $328.39.

What is the tax rate? What is the net cap cost - it might be higher than the selling price, as there could be fees being added in.

The acquisition fee for the lease is $995 and they are willing to go with the base mf rate of .00037 if I go in by thursday. I would like to hear you opinion on the lease deal. From my calculation it should be about 567.00 with tax as the minthly payment and 0 down. $381 are the up from fees.
