    Looking for MF and Residual in Florida on a 2015 Kia Sportage LX for both 36 month 36k miles and 48 month/48 k miles. Tier 5 credit.

    Also wondering how a dealer works out an upside down trade with a lease. Do they just add the negative equity to the cap cost?

    48/12 - .00182 and 48%. $0 lease cash.

    The above numbers are for specific states; FL is not on that list. Don't have the FL numbers but wanted you to get a sense of what is out there.

    Negative equity would be added to the cap cost of the new lease.

I was going to go into the dealer at the end of this week anyway since there are a couple incentives going on through 1/5/15.     You are correct.... I was looking at Hyundai, not Kia... numbers do run through Monday, the 5th.

    EX AWD: .00128 MF and 58% residual
    LX AWD: .00116 MF and 58% residual

    $1200 lease cash on either model.
