2012 Nissan Pathfinder Shudders/Vibrates when A/C cycles on while idle

I have a 2012 Nissan Pathfinder that was bought used last August. Ever since I've had it, when the air conditioning cycles on while sitting idle or parked, the steering wheel and front end of the car shudders/vibrates. If I'm sitting for a while, it happens over and over, once every minute or so. It never happens with the heat, only the A/C, and never while I'm driving. I've seen other people post similar issues but no real answers found.

My husband is a mechanic and thought thoroughly cleaning the throttle body would fix it, but no dice.

Any idea what could be wrong/how to fix?

    You might check the bolts holding the AC compressor. Also if engine idle is too low, that could cause it. So that should be checked to see if it is within specification A vacuum leak can also cause an erratic idle.
