Hi,
I am looking to purchase a BMWX4 but the information on the internet is VERY limited.
I am in Dallas and currently being offered the following:
2015 BMW X4 xDrive28i
Exterior Color: Mineral White Interior Color: Saddle Brown
Premium Package ($2,200)
Navigation System ($2,150) - NOT Technology package
Driver Assistance Package ($700)
Wheels: 19" x 8.5" Star Spoke Alloy ($600)
MSRP: $52,350
Dealer Discount: $4,200
Doc fees: 125License: $350
Tax in TX: 6.5%: $3010
Non Tax Fees 240 (for whatever this is)
Total: $51,522.64

What has been your experience. I have a sense that this seems highly negotiable but I am just starting my due diligence. I really like the car and the manager told me he was willing to go up (or down) to $500 above invoice.

Any comments would be appreciated. What did you pay for?

8% off seems like a decent deal, actually..

Hopefully, some actual X4 buyers will chime in..

That's what I am thinking but can't help thinking that better prices are ahead in the months to come as the 2016 models should roll in the dealerships in the coming weeks and the 2015 inventory pile up.

Hi can you tell me if this is a good deal? I was quoted by a dealer in MA (i'm an out of state buyer, NJ 7%)

    2015 BMW X4 xDrive28i
    Exterior Color:Alpine White
    Interior Color: Black
    Msport ($2,300)
    Premium Package ($2,200)
    Technology Package ($3,150)
    Driver Assistance Package ($700)
    Lighting Package ($1900)
    Cold Weather ($950)

    MSRP: $57,725
    Selling Price: $54,200 ($400 over dealer cost/invoice)
    Dealer Discount: $3525
Fees: $2050 (sales associate did not break down fees but i'm assuming first month, TTL, doc fee)
Cap Red: $1,000 Ultimate Drive Event Credit
    MSD's: $4550

Monthly Payment including 7% NJ tax: $646/month for 12k/36months 59% residual, .00080 MF

Its the only car I've been able to find with the exact specs that I want. No one else has it. What do you think?

The MF is .00081 after the MSDs are applied. With your MSRP and selling price, I get a pre-tax payment of $631/mo. Your quote of $646 with tax looks good.

What is the net cap cost?

I don't know your numbers .. they should be on the deal sheet or you can ask the dealer.
