About the incentives part of your question it looks like there's $500 bonus cash. You should check our Incentives page for your zip code though - I don't have that available for my UP of Michigan zip code.

What is a good lease amount on 2014 RX with 53,500 MSRP in CA? I want 36 mo/12k miles. Tier 1 credit. I was offered 530 per month including 8% taxes. Would really appreciate answer.

If you have a proposed selling price, we can calculate the lease payment. But, we don't track actual lease payments.

.00105 MF... We don't have all of the Lexus info for this month.. The 24 month residual is 71%/72% for 12K/10K mi/yr. No 36 month info, yet..

A Lexus dealer told me the following July residuals for the 2015 RX 350 at 12k miles. 30 mos/67%,, 33mos/65%,, 30 mos/62%. Money factor quoted at .00105. I think for 10k you just add 1% to the residuals. Oh yah, I am in New York, not Texas, so don't really know if that helps you. If anybody in the New York area has residuals and money factor please share so that I may be able to compare. Thank you.

MSRP : $51045
Sale price:42641
Residual 59% or 30117
MF: 0.00170
Sales tax rate: 6.25% in Texas
Initial down:$4k
Monthly payment :$475
36 months, 12k miles lease

Is this a good deal? Or should I renegotiate?

MF seems to be marked up, but I don't have the 2014 RX MF to compare it to.

Is the $4K being used to pay the tax obligation and other up front fees?

They haven't shared what the 4k will be applied to. I am assuming part of it's being applied to the sales tax and fees totaling 3k.

I would ask for a detailed breakdown of those up front costs.

That is something we advise against - if the car is stolen or totaled, you would be out the money.

Consider instead using that money to make multiple security deposits to lower the MF. The advantage is that the money is returned to you at the end of the lease.

Each security deposit reduces the MF by .0008, maximum of 9 allowed.

Thanks to your recommendation I changed the $4k down towards 9 security deposits which brought my monthly payment down to $452 from $475 plus I will get the money back at lease end. Provided no damage to vehicle. Thanks again

I would avoid the 48 month lease - will you still be in warranty?

The other two lease terms are a toss up - how soon do you want to be shopping again?

This for the validation, Michaell...I'm thinking 36 mths would be smart, dealerships typically bargain in late November instead of February/March when a 27 mth would come due...

I am interested in going to my local MD Lexus dealership today for a Crafted Line RX350AWD and was hoping to find out the RV and F are for a 36 or 48 month lease with 15K per year. This forum has been a gem in deciing the best lease option available to me in MD. Now, I have bought a few Lexus vehicles at Hendrick Lexus in NC and when I go to their direct site the down payment required is LESS than here in MD but same terms apply for the rest. Any idea why this is so? I may be tempted to just fly to Hendrick and get the car like I have done before. Thanks to anyone who can help here.

Could be local regulations between MD and NC, but not 100% certain.

We only have residuals for March at this time; we're hoping to get the updated MF information soon.

36/15 on the RX is 58%; 48/15 is 49%.
