Which fuse? Can you connect a scan tool and get any trouble codes or data? Is anything else missing such as fuel pressure or injector pulse?

fuel pressure is good. no power at ignition coil fuse. 20 amp fuse.

The ASD relay provides power to the ignition fuses. The PCM turns the relay on when it see's the engine cranking and checks the crankshaft position sensor signal against the camshaft sensor signal to make sure that the engine is mechanically in time. Due to changes in the pick-up signals, an engine with a cam or crank signal profiles that don't match the original ones can cause no-spark, as well as anything that causes the signals to not properly reach the PCM.

A scan tool would help right now to see if the system is generating any trouble codes.
