2014 CPO BMW 328d

Hello everyone...
I just received a quote for a 2014 BMW CPO (328d) - which has 17K miles on it for 37K.
This is in north California.
Below are the options included:
OPTIONS:
•RWD
•Navigation System
•Lighting Package
•Premium Package
•Moonroof
•Parking Assistant
•Active Cruise Control
•Auto-dimming Rear-View mirror
•Navigation System w/Touchpad

Does the 37K price tag look OK? Any ideas on how much I can negotiate?
Please do let me know if you need more info to give a better answer :)

Thanks all.

You can get used car values by using the Make/Model/Year tabs at the top of the page.

One reality check is to see what you can buy a brand-new model for, similar to the CPO one that you are considering.

Thank you - The new vehicle with the exact same config as the CPO is $51K - so 37K sounds OK with 17K miles. But that's just my opinion. I am no expert at this so wanted to check what the folks here feel like.
