2015 Jetta SE 1.8T w/connectivity--Leasing Help?

Msrp of $23,555
Seling price of $19,996 (I assume thru rebates and incentives VW kickbacks)
Buyout is $13,190

Money factor is .00050
36 month at 10k miles per year 0 down is $265 per month plus tax
36 month at 10k miles per year with $1500 down is 232 per month plus tax ??

Tax I am guessing is about $14/15 per month I live in Florida

Please Help as it is between this Lease or a 2012 Jetta SE 2.5 motor/bluetooth with only 34k miles at Carmax for $13,998 plus tax, tag n title no other add ons.

    Has anyone been quoted a lot better numbers than the above. I'm not really sure if this is a fair lease or not...

    .00055 MF and 56% residual. $1000 customer lease cash.

    If the selling price is the CAP cost, I get $207/mo.+tax.

    I would think that $1500 upfront should cover everything.. 1st payment, acquisition fee, title/license/doc fees.. But, they seem to be about $25/mo. over that.. Find out the net CAP cost, and then find out why it's higher than the selling price (because I'd guess that it is..).

    I'm about to get into a 2015 SE w/ Connectivity for $4K down and $200 a month for 3 years @ 15,000 miles annually. I was able to get full maintenance included for all 3 years including the 40K Mile maintenance. putting me at $11,000 (taxes, registration and first month included) over 3 years.

    Car's sticker is $23,685

    I feel like I am getting a good deal, the maintenance over the car's 45,000 mile lifespan is easily worth over $800.

    Any thoughts on the value I am getting?

    $11000 is $305/mo. Pull the maintenance out and it's $283/mo.

    What is the selling price/CAP cost on the deal?
