Selling price? State/tax rate? That will give us a better idea..

I'm not certain what the sale price would be. But we know what money factor BMW is offering now, and residual is 64%. Tax is 8%. License and registration total $750. Doc fee is $389. I'm looking for opinion on whether, overall, considering that the dealer should make something on the deal, this is a good offer? Or is the dealer making too much?

Would you please let me know what the current Residual/MF is for a 2015 335i & 335i-X for 36/15. Also, does going to a manual lower the residual? Thank you.

.00129 MF and 61% residual for either model. $500 Innovations credit.

Manual transmission does not affect the numbers.

Need some advice on a lease deal I have for a 2015 M3 at 36 mth @ 10K. MSRP on the car is $72,475 and dealer has given me a base cap cost of $69,675. Bank fee of $875. Cap reduction of $8,300 (for my trade in) and a residual of 56%. Money factor is 3.12% and Tax rate is 9% (PA). 15cent extra mile if bought within lease and 20 at lease end. The monthly is coming out to approx $800. Wondering if you guys think this is a decent deal or not and where I have room to squeeze this dealer for more savings.

Stick to money factors and stay away from APR conversions, as the dealer doesn't use APR and you need to make sure there aren't any mark-ups. The base acq.fee is $725, so yours is marked up by $150. 56% is the residual for 36mo, 15K/yr, so check to see if you and the dealer are on the same page.

Is $69,675 base cap cost the selling price? Or, does that include the acq.fee and other costs? Does your $8300 cover all of your upfront costs, including the 1st payment? Or, do you have to come up with more cash to cover that?

    Thank for the help!!

I will check this acq fee, the MF and if the residual should be at 59%.

$69,675 is my quoted base cap selling price after asking for discount on the MSRP. Hadn't discussed upfront payment yet. Just got my trade valued at 8300 which i assumed would be put against the cap price. Would this be the best use of the trade value? I was asuming so and realized I would have to come up with the first ayment at least at signing.

    Any advice would be appreciated.

    Thanks!

You'll have 1st payment, acq.fee ($725), title/license/dealer fees.. I'd want to pay those out of the $8300, then get a check back for the difference.

At that MSRP and selling price, .00129 MF and 59% residual, you are starting with $892/mo.+ 9% tax.

Every $1000 of your trade equity that you use as a CAP reduction lowers the payment by about $29/mo.+tax..

Is this a good deal: 335x gt msrp $56,850. With $0 down and everything in payment except dmv, $530/month 39 mos 10k miles. Did not get breakdown of residual, MF, or sale price. NYC taxes included in payment. I assume bmw residual of .63 and standard mf. Thoughts?

.00130 and 63%. $1000 holiday credit. With your MSRP and selling price, I get a pre-tax payment of $448.32/mo.

What is the net cap cost, after all taxes and fees have been added?

I did not get the breakdown. All I received was what was listed above. I am guessing bank fee is in addition to the $49k selling price. Other than perhaps a doc fee, not sure what else there could be? The destination fee was included in msrp and selling price.

Current MF and residual for a 2015 335xi 24/36/39 months @ 10K miles? Also, is there a competitive owner incentive (Infiniti), and if so, can it be combined with the $1k holiday cash? Thanks.

Looks like a great deal to me, $8K off MSRP, way below invoice+incentives. I am shopping for the 335, can you tell me what dealer, I'd like to see if I can get the same deal. Thanks.

I have a question about ending a 335 lease early. I have a 2012, and have 90 days left on a 36 month/10k lease. The RV is $33,300. I'm well under the mileage limit, and shouldn't have any damage assessments on the interior. My only concern is tire wear and some road rash on one of the rims. Unfortunately, I've got the 19 inch sport tires, so if I need to replace it'll be something like $1,500 or more.
For some reason, the KBB value on my car has gone up quite a bit recently. It's currently sitting at about $34,500 on a dealer trade in, and about $35,800 on a private sale.
I'm ready to get out of the car. I did a pre-paid lease, with the equivalent of $550/month payments. Assuming of course I can get the dealer to agree to $34,500 or so on a trade in, I'm thinking that will be the equivalent of taking care of my last couple payments so I don't really "lose" anything on the lease. Plus it saves me the hassle of not dealing with the end of lease turn in process. Am I missing something? Does that sound right?
Thanks in advance for any help on this.

Same for 335xi. 5-7% off MSRP, before incentives, is a good target.

I think the anniversary credit does stack with UDE.

You don't want to know ... way more expensive than a new 2015.

Standard MF (I don't even know what that is) and a fixed dollar residual rather than a percentage (and I don't have those numbers, either).

Really, no reason to even consider leasing a 2014 at this point.

Got a deal and I'm trying to figure out MF to negotiate. I am in NC.

    MSRP 53,650
Purchase Price 48,938 which includes $1,500 fleet credit
Taxes $450.81 (this seems low, I think it's 3% in NC)
    Admin $589
    DMV fee $84
    Electronic Filing Fee $12

    Trade Value $34,500 - Payoff on trade $29,072 = $5,428 down

I am supposed to receive .0002 off MF for fleet program but it seems like they are jacking the MF. Can someone help?

I can't reverse engineer the money factor from that information. The base MF is .00130 and dealers are permitted to mark it up to .00170. I would just ask them.

Tax? Maybe, you are getting a credit for the trade-in?
