Hello, I couldn't find anything on the 2015 Cadillac SRX AWD Lease. Looking for the best low mileage lease. Perhaps a 10K mile or less? Terms:
24, 36, 39 months? MF for each? I'm comparing lease programs for three different vehicles to see which offers the best program... Thanks once again! George

Hi,
Can somebody tell me the money factor and residual value and any incentives for the 2015 srx? i'm assuming the model and AWD or FWD does not affect these numbers?
I also found something called "2015 GM FINANCIAL SUPPORTED LEASE" which looks to be very low MF numbers, but it does not list for how many miles.
by the way this is for NJ, and I do not qualify for lease conquest.

Looks pretty close with those numbers.. I get $545/mo.+tax.

No idea if your selling price is good, though.. but, they aren't taking any advantage on the lease program, so that's a positive.

I was able to get more detail information. Does MF of .00094 sound correct? I am being told that is what GM has set currently.

Cap Cost : 46908
Cost Added : 1700
Residual : 70%
MF : .00094
Term : 24 Months
Tax : 3%

With above it comes to $601, so getting it for $559 sounds good, but Cap Cost and/or MF seems high....

We only have GM Financial numbers. For Cadillac, they use APRs, not money factors. It's possible your dealer is using a different bank (Ally?).

$413/month , including tax and just $900 out of pocket

10k miles per year for 2 years

Is this too good a deal to be true?

You won't know until you get in the finance office. If that's the car you want, and that deal is legit, then I would grab it.
