Family is selling me a 2006 Honda Civic with 118k miles on it for $3k. Am I getting a deal? What's the life of the Civic? how many more years can I expect to have this car? is this a good deal?

    Sedan or coupe? LX or EX? Stick or automatic?

    Anything wrong with it? Without knowing any of those answers, it sounds like a steal.

    Sounds like a pretty good deal unless it's kind of shabby and banged up a bit---then it's about retail.
