2016 X5 M sport, MSRP: $67,170
Sale price: $64,000
Total price w/ tax: $70,000
48 month @10K miles = $880 (w/tax)/month, $1,000 due at signing
54 month @10K miles = $850 (w/tax)/month, $1,000 due at signing
or a 3.8% 72 month loan which is clearly too high given high credit score.
Getting all season tires in hopes they last the 48-54 months. Typically drive 8-9k / year only.
I had looked up residuals but don't seem to match up with above assuming the base lease rate at 0.0013

However, if I use the 2015 X5 M residuals from last month of 38% (48 months) or 35% (54 months) with your MSRP and total price (what state is this?), I get a payment of $1051 for 48 months or $982.50 for 54 months.
My guess is the residual on the 2016 is better, thus accounting for your lower payment. But, without knowing the exact numbers, I can't tell you if the MF is marked up or not.
Aren't the tires on the X5 M performance tires? I don't see them lasting more than 20-30K, which means you'll need to replace them before the lease is up.

This the X5 with the m-line, not actually X5M sorry for confusion.
NY state. I was wondering same on residuals because the monthly looks pretty good with tax included. assuming a 0.0013 money factor, I get a 50% residual...make sense??
Which engine is this? And, RWD or AWD?

If this is the xDrive35i, then the numbers are .00130 MF and 49% for 48/10 and 45% for 54/10. Using your prices from above, I calculate a pre-tax payment of $906.43/mo for 48 months and $866.84/mo for 54 months.
