Hi,
Well I'm in the back and forth with the dealership about my Q7..so finally we sat down with the finance manager and said that I only qualify for tier 2 which has higher rates.. so if the 12k/42months in a Q7 PP gas in florida has a MF of 0.00117 the tier 2 based on what the dealer is saying is 0.00187... can anyone confirm this PLEASE!

    AFS uses A, B, C tier..

    B tier is + .0004
    C tier is + .00065
    D tier is + .00075

You are .00070 above A tier.... so, probably B tier plus some markup...

    Hi,

Looking to Lease a MY15 Q7 TDI Prestige or possibly a Premium Plus. What are the current Money Factor's for A and B tier as well as residuals? Planning on 12k/36mo unless their are incentives to do 39 or 42 months. How often do these change? I am a new Audi customer (currently MBenz).

    Thanks!

Forgot to add that I am looking in WA State. How close to invoice should I expect to pay for the purchase price?

    Thanks,

36 months is the sweet spot for Audi ....

36/12 on the TDI Premium Plus is .00108 and 56%; subtract 4% for Prestige trim.

    Add .0004 for B tier.

The current Audi numbers expire 7/1, but they could change next month ....

.00098 and 51% are the numbers for the 3.0T prestige. Dealer is marking up the MF on you.

you are getting a healthy discount from sticker, however

@audi19 You should get out for some test drives. No point in worrying about the deal, until you pick diesel or gas..

Not a cheap SUV to lease. Have you considered others?

MF is marked up - base is .00097; but, you got almost 10% off sticker, which is better than average, so that makes up for it.

    Overall, a decent deal.

    Hi,

I was hoping someone more knowledgeable than I could help with this. I have a shorter term need for a vehicle and am focusing on the Q7. I haven't leased a car in 15 years, but thought this would be the perfect opportunity.

I found someone who needs to have their lease taken over and they have 18 months left on an original 24 month lease. There are 29.5k miles left and $0.20 a mile over, from an original 30k mile allowance (so the car was basically never driven in the 6 months). It is for a 2015 TDI premium plus. It doesn't appear it has anything other than standard features for a TDI premium plus. With the incentive/buydown from the private seller, the cost is $966/mo.

    My questions are:

-In my state (Illinois), you still have to pay 1/2 the sales tax on a lease, I assume I don't need to do that in this case, but the car is currently registered in Florida. Any idea?

-More importantly, Does this price seem fair, good, or not so good? Hopefully there is enough information here to tell.

Thanks in advance for any help.

I should think you could lease a new Q7 TDI for less than $966/mo.

Depending on which 2015 Q7 model it is, base MF range from .00079 to .00132

I don't know which tier that 636 puts you in.. If it's D-tier, then the bump is .00105 over the base rate. As you can see, the number they gave you is higher than any of those numbers add up to..... which means they are marking it up, even more...

I'd shop another dealer...... ask them which tier you fall in, and the base rate.

Hello. I am on the fence to lease between 2016 SQ5 or 2015 Q7 3.0T S line prestige. The SQ has MSRP $62K and Q7 has $69,500.

Friend of mine told me I can lease the Q for the same price as SQ and to go with the Q. He leases his SQ for ~$900 monthly based on similar MSRP and 36m/12k.

I havent negotiated those MSRPs yet but I think I should be able to knock down 6% off on both..

What would you suggest me? I am looking to go with 36m/12K or 36m/10K.

    36/12 numbers:

    2016 SQ5 Prestige - .00155 and 57%
    2015 Q7 3.0T Prestige - .00079 and 50%

    Add 1% for 10K

Those are two very different vehicles. Do you need the extra room of the Q7? Are you looking for sports-car handling the SQ5 offers?

I think you should drive both and see which one appeals to you more, based on how you plan to use the car over the next 3 years.

thanks. I really like the SQ for my wife since its not very large and easy to park. But if it will come up the same monthly like Q7 I'd rather spend the $ for the Q7.

Also can I have the rates for SQ premium+ for 36/10 and 36/12?

And until when they are good?

2015 or 2016? Lease term and miles per year?
2016..36/10K and 36/12K ,what % ofMSRP off to expect?? And should I expect monthly of $1500ish on $115K car??
    2016 RS7 36/12 - .00149 and 50%. Add 1% for 10K.

For Audi's, we think 4-6% off sticker is a good deal, but for $115K RS7's, those rules may go out the window.

A selling price of $102,000 would result in a pre-tax payment of just under $1500 (36/12).

What state is this and what is your tax rate?

Ouch. I only pay 7.9% in Castle Rock.

If the pre-tax payment is $1500, the tax itself adds another $142.50/mo to the payment.

yeah I now its crazy high..probably the highest in CO..way down in south though..for Highlands Ranch is 4%

so for $116K car based on those lease factors (36/12 , .00149 and 50% res) you think I should look for $1642.5 monthly??What about 36/10??

Dealer probably will get MF padded..they wont give me the car on base MF :( but I will push them for msrp off...got 3% on my RS5..

Well, my calculations were assuming a selling price of $102K, or almost 10% off sticker. Doubt you'll see that - but, if you don't ask, you don't get.

And yes, most Audi dealers will mark up the MF, even if only a little bit. Only takes one dealer to meet your terms - and, there are lots of dealers in CO to choose from along the Front Range.
