2015 srx luxury awd 24 month lease with 18k a year

msrp 47985
invoice price 46045
rebate 1465
bottom line price 44080

payment 633 with only first payment of 633 due at signing.

residual value 30950
money factor .00044

I have talked them down from 690 a month and other quotes I have received were up to 800 a month.

Let me know if you think this a fair deal.

    We don't have the Cadillac program for this month, but given the parameters you state, that looks like a fair deal.
