    If it's $1000 due at signing and $323/mo., I'd sure want to lease, rather than buy.

    The $323 was before taxes...here's the current offer the dealer is making me:

    53% reaidual
    0.00054 MF

    36 mos/12k miles

    msrp $37,380
    selling price $33,980

    Im unsure about some of the following that's listed:


    CapReduct: $1081
    Rebate: $3750
    Apply cash to: $5250
    total cap reduction: $4831
    adds to cap (w) ind: $1194
    all taxes:$1331.95
    net cap cost: $31674.02
    tag/title:$60.75

    cash collected: $1500 (down payment?)
    amount due at start: $5250

    base monthly rental: $357.32

    Walk? Good deal? Tips?

    Any latest figures for Hyundai Santa Fe AWD limited lease?

    Looking for a 15k miles/yr residual and MF. Anywhere from 36-42 months. Also, and lease cash that we should be aware of?
