    Alright, I am ready to negotiate, but need to be sure I am accurate in what to expect.
    Check my numbers to see if this is what I can expect to negotiate.
    I checked Edmunds research tools for the numbers I used (MSRP and Selling price).

    2015 GMC Terrain SLT-1 FWD. 24/12k miles
    Long Island NY tax rate .0865
    MSRP = $36,600
    Sell Price = $29,412
    Residual = $24,522
    Bank fee = $800
    Taxes = $840
    MF = $16.18 per month
    I come up with monthly payment $289,
    I only have to come up with 1st payment and DMV.
    Am I correct?

    I get $289/mo as well, if I add in the bank fee and taxes to the selling price.

    That's a nice discount from sticker! I would confirm that this numbers is valid for a lease as well; some incentives will only apply if you are buying the vehicle.

    I assume still $1300 in lease cash? Looking at 3 yrs 36k.  I assume 10k per year I would add 1%?

    Cap Cost reduction--$5208.63
    Adjusted cap cost $32242.61

    Up front out of my pocket cash $700.00 plus $697.44 GM Card points

    Doc and processing charge $109 and $279.81 for the first payment
