Last months numbers on the 2016 Tiguan SEL were .00022 and 58%, plus $500 lease cash.

Using your MSRP and total price, I get a payment of ... wait for it ... $518.80.

Not sure I would have gotten the tire and wheel protection, but I've traveled to NJ so I know the roads can be pretty bad there.

Thanks for your help! I just picked up a 2016 S AWD. MSRP 28050. Using the trade in value I found online, I had $4227.89 negative equity. $2k owner loyalty, $250 dealer cash, 10k/36m, $265.40 pre tax payment, I get a dealer discount of $3163.

I'm not sure how to find out the net cap cost. I pulled the MSRP and Selling Price from TrueCar and the VW website.

You need to negotiate the selling price - might be able to beat that price you pulled.

They also gave me free VW car care maintenance for free

$331/mo (with tax!) is a good payment on a car that stickers for close to $35K.

We can't evaluate the deal without the information we've requested. If you have the ability to unwind your current deal and get the same car with the lower price, that would save you money on the lease payment - how much is unknown, as we don't know how long your lease is for.

Anyway, I get about $340/mo with your numbers (.00001 MF and 58% residual). Only a couple dollars different than your deal.

Every $1000 you can save on the selling price translates to about $28/mo less in the lease payment, before tax.
