By accident I jumped my relay box with jumper cables and lost many electrical functions

where do I begin to repair loss of electrical functions such as power windows, power seats, radio, sunroof
put a new fuse in radio and didn't work

    I would start by checking all your fusible links. You may need a workshop manual or wiring diagram to figure out where they all are.
