Hello. Looking to get 2016 MF rates for RRS for 36 and 39 months.

Will the MF change across models of RRS (i.e. SE, HSE, Diesel, etc)? If so can I get the MF for SE and HSE and Supercharge?

It appears Land Rover is offering a subvented 33 month program currently and I am trying to calculate how good a deal it really is.

I'm new to this forum. Interested in RRS diesel SE lease rates and MF ??
Currently leasing 2013 BMW 335 xI , lease is over in Feb . Was wondering when is a good time to lease a new car and if there are any lease offers that help reduce monthly payments ??

Residual value is applied to the MSRP (bottom line number of the window sticker, including destination).

Do you know the selling price? Doesn't seem like you are getting any discount, other than the $1000 rebate?

I'm getting no discount. They are giving me $2500 more than they should on my trade so that's where any discount is going.

I was was quoted the following for a RRS SE in New Jersey.

MSRP: $75,500
Total out of pocket: $10k
39 month lease, 12k miles/yr

Payment is $799 month including tax.

I don't currently have insight into specifics (i.e. Money factor, residual, etc.) but can someone let me know whether this is a good offer?

I'm gonna say no .. the $10K at signing is way too much.

39/12 on the Sport SE is 66% and .00270.

If I use the MSRP as the selling price, I get a payment of just under $1000/mo.

Every $1000 of down payment reduces your pre-tax payment about $26/mo.

So was looking at the RRS V8 Supercharged with Dynamic Package. They are quoting me 36 months with 61% and 0.00245 money factor. $2500 down. Payments $1414. Seems really high. Are these the right bank rates and residuals? How much wiggle room do you think I have on this car. Heard the higher end models like this have a bit more room msrp vs invoice. Any help appreciated.

Looks like you are paying MSRP for the vehicle.. no discount?

Also, looks like they want $2500 from you, plus there is a $1000 rebate? Not sure where the $3500 is going. I see first payment of $1414 and CCR of $446, but that's just $1860. Where is the other $1940 going?

Either way, seems awfully pricy. The calculations are correct, though.

Yes they were hiding my Down payment. Good catch. I'm fight to get that back. They also agreed to .00222 money factor with the 61% on 7500/36 months for the v8 dynamic. But seems they won't budge on msrp. Is this standard right now. Checked true car and it says the same. Seems the dealerships around here don't discount the cars due to demand. Any advice or dealerships you can recommend. I don't mind traveling to get a good deal.

Also should I look at buying or is it a bad idea? A lot of posts saying that buying is a better value with RR. Only thing is I know I'll want out of the vehicle In 3 years or so so leasing seems my best bet? Any advice is appreciated. Don't hardly drive at all. My Porsche I've had two years has 7k on it. So mileage isn't a factor.

You can widen the search area and see if you can find a dealer willing to discount from MSRP. Only takes one dealer.

Regarding lease v. buy - I don't track resale values, so can't tell you if it makes more sense to do one over the other. I know there are costs associated with a lease that you don't have with a purchase (acquisition fee, for one).

Hi,

If i wanted to know the price I would pay at the end of the lease do I use the residual rate and the price I negotiated or the MSRP?

For example: if the MSRP 86,655 and residual rate is 64% or is it 82,175 (negotiated) and 64% of that.
