    I've gotten two dealers giving me 47% on SEL

    Sound in the ballpark?

    Both I think are messing with the MF

    Dealers don't have the authority to adjust residuals, so if they say so, then that's the deal..

    MFs/APRs are another matter..

    My BIL is potentially interested in the Flex. Can you give me an idea of lease rates for 24 and 36 months 12k miles per year on a Flex Limited with ecoboost?

    @kyfdx Has anything changed for November since you last gave me those numbers? I'm thinking given the pricing it may actually make more sense to lease and then buy the car at the end vs. buying upfront, even after factoring in the acquisition fees.

    Residuals are the same, but MF and lease cash have changed:

    24 month MF - 1.00%
    36 month MF - .50%

    $3500 lease cash.
