Hi, I'm hoping you can let me know if this is a good lease deal, at least consistent with others in the Philadelphia suburbs:

2016 Q5 Premium w/Nav, heated seats
36 mo./10k miles
MSRP: $45,520
Sell Price: $39,500
Fees: $313.65
6% Finance Tax: $2,375
Net Sales Price: 42,188.65
--------------
$0 down
$0 due at signing ($1,000 rebate)
Base monthly payment: $436.20
9% monthly tax: $39.26
Total monthly payment: $475.46
Residual value: $27,312.00

Thanks!

Looks like they added $695 for acquisition fee, then backed out $231.39 as a customer rebate. This, on top of the $39,500 gives a total capital cost of $39,963.61

Thanks for your help. We ended up buying a used 2015 q5 premium plus. The long-term financials and 1.84% interest rate were to good to pass up.

    Whats a good lease for a 2016 Q5 premium MSRP 53,125
    36month 12k per year
    Just fees down
    Including MA taxes
I'm thinking no more than 530-550 given year end

    .00126 and 59%.

Would need to know the net cap cost in order to model the payment.
