Demo cars are available to lease, and the $1000 credit is applicable to them.

MSRP is the same, but you want to negotiate a better selling price on one compared to a 'new' car with 0 miles on it.

The MF is the same, but the residual is adjusted at .20/mile downward - so, for a car with 5000 miles on it, the calculated residual is reduced by $1000 for leasing purposes.

So for August - any changes for residual, MF, $1000 factory $ on x1 28i RWD? Still 63% residual .0013 on 36/12k? And 36/10k residual @63%? In California if that makes a difference...

Can you help me calculate the lease payment on a 2015 X1 xdrive28i? The base cost of the vehicle is $41,865.80 , the MSRP is $45,070. This would be a 36/10 lease with $ 1964 down.

What does the $1964 down represent?

$453.62/mo before tax using your numbers (.00130 and 64% for 36/10)

No incentives. 15% off seems very unlikely

Destination fee is part of the MSRP. Acquisition is a lease fee and is $925

What is the NY tax rate and how is it used to arrive at $1200? I thought the tax was part of the monthly payment?

NYS taxes the sum of payments, plus anything else taxable that is paid upfront.. I don't know your tax rate, so I just assumed around 8%, which should be close.

If you are paying $3500 upfront, I'd want to know what it's for.

No real difference between the two terms.

I don't track pricing, so can't tell you if you can get a bigger discount on the '15 than the '16.

In general, I'd say yes.
