2016 VW Passat V6 SEL Premium

Anyone know why this car is so scarce ?Or when the availability will improve ? Autotrader says there are only 41 in the country.
I can't find a silver one less than 200 miles from NYC.

    V6 Passats have never been that popular or plentiful (at least, in the last two generations).
