just wanted to say thanks for all your help on the forum, it really helps make an educated decision when moving forward. again if i could have the mf on an rcf with residual on 3yr 12k a yr

and 3 yr 10k a year that would be great. Im trying to see if the diff in payment would be significant and if i should just shoot for the rcf. also if you find out about tax credit could you let me know. thanks again, I really appreciate your time and help.

Also do you know what special incentives are available for the rc350/rcf for December. Thanks again.

nav, moonroof, cargo and carpet, parking sensor
msrp:51900
selling price 45K
tax+dealer fees=3697
adjusted cap: 48697
2k rebate: 1k for rc350 split into 2 500$ rebates and 1k for conquest
3k down
adjusted cap cost: 43697.75

rent charge: 1639.80
monthly: 364.20
1st month complimentary

What do you guys think? really wanted mark levinson but no black on blacks available and the price was getting about 60 bucks higher and wanted to keep the monthly lower.

There are 7 credit tiers, but for the next two under top tier, add .00010 or .00055 to the .00060 top tier rate.

Residual is set by the bank and cannot be modified.

Lexus has 7 credit tiers ... do you know what your credit score is? The lowest credit tier has a MF of .00520 for the RC.

I inquired about it, and i get 500 payment for rc200 and 600 for rc350

I believe this is for 2015 models. How about 2016 model? Rc 200t and rc 350
I inquired about it, and i get 500 payment for rc200 and 600 for rc350

I was originally reached out to by my local Lexus dealership that said they'd waive up to the last 3 payments of my current lease to get in a new one. When I was getting #s from another dealership they offered the 1st complimentary payment as you mentioned.

When I asked the 2nd dealership about the program the original dealership mentioned I said "I should be eligible for the Lexus Payment Waiver program, correct?" and he said, "Yes the 1st payment is on the house."

Seems like that 1st payment is offered to anyone, even non current Lexus owners. Do you know anything about these programs and if you've heard of people combining them?

Yes, the complimentary first payment is available to all LFS customers.

I have no knowledge of any sort of 'pull ahead' program for returning Lexus leasees.

In other words, they aren't supporting 2015 leases on this model, which isn't unusual this far into the 2016 model year. The $5000 dealer incentive is to help spur sales, not leases, it would seem.

2016: .00125 MF and 62% residual.

Lexus Finance will have to pull your credit to finance or lease the vehicle. They won't need your printout.

While looking at the quote, I noticed a mile adj +3.00% which was added to the RV. Does that sound right?

.00125 is the correct base MF.

No information on rebates available.

Using the numbers provided, I get $515/mo + tax if the selling price is the net cap cost.
