Using your balance due as the net CAP cost, I get $262/mo. Since most of your costs are rolled in, except for the $625 acquisition fee, looks like there is a little CAP cost reduction included in the $1995. Knowing the exact breakdown of that number would help.
Other than the $700 window tint, it looks like a good deal (maybe, even including that).
