Hi, I am currently looking for es 350(2016) lease... This is my 1st lease, and I would like to know if the offer I received is decent deal.

2016 Lexus ES 350
MSRP: $46000
Mile: 10K
Monthly Payment: $430(before tax)
State: New York

    Selling price is $46000, and it is 36 months lease.
    Due for signing is Tax, Bank Fees, and DMV Fees.

    No. There was no discount. The bank fee is $700, DMV Fee $395 + $1700 tax.

    If there is no discount, than it is a bad deal. You should never be paying MSRP...that's just putting a lot of profit into the dealers pocket. The invoice on that car is likely around $43,000 and you should easily be able to get $2000-2500 off by just saying no to the deal 3 or 4 times.
