2016 BMW X4 Lease and Loyalty

Hi kyfdx / moderators / forum members,

I am trying to figure out my 2016 X4 xDrive35i lease numbers. My current X5 lease ends at the end of December, so what I can't figure out is the benefits I get as the current BMWFS customer.

1) Do I get any purchase price credit (besides options credit, which is for everyone)? And anything that's available for X5?
2) Any other fees that are waived for the new lease?
3) Separately, it looks like the December 2016 MF/Residual for 36/10K lease is unchanged 0.00131/58%, is that what you have?

thank you in advance!

    1) $1000 loyalty credit on the X4
    2) Disposition fee on the old lease
    3) .00131 MF and 58% residual is correct for 36/10

    Received an offer of $599/month
    10k miles
    MSRP $53595
    Selling $48415
    license and fees $380.01
    taxes comped with credits
    $1500 down

Not sure this is in line with the current MF and residual.

Originaly they showed $31,317.10 for 10k residual at 58% but now this quote shows $31085.10, 57.5% I believe.

    is this right?

    .00131 MF and 58% residual.

    $31,085.10 is exactly 58%.

I get $585/mo, assuming the $1500 takes care of 1st payment and acq.fee, and the selling price is the CAP cost.

How does the $1,000 loyalty credit work? I'm assuming this is separate credit from the $1k options credit?

Are you eligible to receive the $1k loyalty credit as long as you owned a BMW in the past 12 months, even if you purchased one 10 days ago? (bought a car for myself and am looking at the X4 for the wife). Are there any other restrictions on the $1K loyalty credit? Do you have to trade in or return your lease to get the $1k loyalty?

I don't have the specific eligibility requirements for the loyalty credit. Perhaps the BMW website can answer those questions.

So where in the equation do you put any cash down and the TTL? I guess you don't right? Or do you put the delta amount? Say I put $2500 down, then $1500 went towards cash due upon signing and the $1000 would lower the negotiated net cap cost to $47,415?

According to your post, there is no tax. "taxes comped with credits".

There really is no "cash down". The $1500 is for 1st payment and $925 acquisition fee. If you add $1000 to the amount upfront, then that would bring the CAP cost down by the same amount.

The said they were using .00131 MF and asked if I was claculating the acquisition fee & other fees into all of it. The fees on top of everything come out to $1362.

I guess I'm confused if that gets added to the net cap cost then? Earlier you said "$1500 takes care of 1st payment and acq.fee, and the selling price is the CAP cost" but seems like they are rolling the fees in...

Get them to explain it to you so you fully understand what is being paid for up front and what is being rolled into the cap cost. The details is where the dealer can slip in some extra costs...
