Very generally, 5-7% off sticker, before incentives, is a good price for any BMW.

48 month term is not supported. Any term over 36 months would result in a higher lease price.

Can you please provide December residual and MF for 2016 328i 36 months 15k miles? I see $750 options build + $750 holiday cash for a total of $1,500 cash offered. Any other incentives going on for returning customers... like new Pull Ahead or Turn Key programs? Thank you!

I don't know of any other incentives beyond the two you've listed.

hey kyfdx, It is a 2015 320ix and the dealer just said the 1500+1500 incentives are already included...
Yet, I just dealt with him via email so far, and there might be more room for little discounts when face him in the flesh.

I working with a dealer for BMW 328i X drive 2016 model whose MSRP is 49495. I don't know the details but I am getting 36 month 12k miles lease in $640 per month with $0 down. The cost includes the tax which is approximately 10% (WA state). Is this a good deal?
