    I owned a 2015 Cherokee Trailhawk for 8 months. It was fine until FCA screwed up the transmission and then one failure and service call after another. The transmission was dismal. The 4WD quit every time in deep sand. It just overheats. I replaced it with the Subaru outback 3.6r and it handles the deep sand and mud just fine, and gets much better gas mileage while you are having fun.
